We ship from China to most countries. This page explains how long orders take, what they cost and who is responsible for customs.

Processing

Retail orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Wholesale and private-label orders are quoted and scheduled individually — ask us for a lead time.

Transit Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  1. East and Southeast Asia (including Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): 5 to 10 business days
  2. Europe: 8 to 15 business days
  3. North America: 8 to 15 business days
  4. Other destinations: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, customs inspections and carrier backlogs can add time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination, the weight of the parcel and the service you choose. Tracking is included on all orders.

Customs and Import Duties

  • Shipments leave China as commercial exports with the paperwork required for export.
  • Import duties, taxes and any customs clearance fees in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
  • We are not able to declare a lower value than the amount actually paid, and we cannot predict whether a particular shipment will be inspected or taxed.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimate, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
