Because tea is a food product, the conditions below differ for sealed and opened goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sealed, Unopened Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Return any unopened item in its original packaging within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery for a refund of the item price.<\/li><li>Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.<\/li><li>Please <a href=\"mailto:Sales@phoenix-tea.com\">email us first<\/a> so we can issue a return reference.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opened Tea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opened tea cannot be returned for a change of mind, for food-safety reasons. If the tea is faulty \u2014 mould, off odour, or clearly not what you ordered \u2014 tell us and we will replace it or refund it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your parcel on arrival. If something is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, <a href=\"mailto:Sales@phoenix-tea.com\">contact us within 7 days<\/a> with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
